All you need to do is login. Each month a ledger is created for you, automatically.

How do I know my rent court case is ammended or dismissed due to my payment?
Since this system is connected to RentNotices.com, any payments made that are associated with a rent court case in the RentNotices.com system are automatically updated.
How do I know my tenant made a payment?
The Landlord will receive a message in the Control Panel - Message Center.
My tenant owes me more than I filed for in Rent Court? How is this handled?
We will ask the tenant to pay what is on your ledger, not on the notice. If the notice is more then the ledger, that is what is due.
Since my filing, a month has passed and the tenant owes me another month’s rent? What do I do?
The payments are broken into rent periods (month by month). The tenant must pay the oldest amount due first and then current rents due.
