Landlord Registration / Getting Started:
SendMyRentOnline.com provides both multifamily residents and commercial property tenants the opportunity to pay their monthly rent online. SendMyRentOnline was built to equally benefit landlords, property managers, and tenants with the convenience of paying rental proceeds online and avoiding rent court.
After a landlord becomes a member of SendMyRentOnline.com they can add properties and tenants to their account and invite them via email to register with us and begin paying their rent online. When a tenant makes a payment online, the landlord will receive an automated notification within the SendMyRentOnline.com Message Center.
In the "My Tenants" section of the web site they can set each tenants ability to pay online to "allow", or "disallow" online payments and to "notify the Landlord via email".
Payments by tenants will be forwarded to the Landlord by check or direct deposit based on the rules and settings that the Landlord chooses.
A "Payment Ledger" is created each time a change to the landlords account has been made or on a monthly basis.
Any rent court cases landlords have with RentNotices.com are automatically updated based on payments from SendMyRentOnline.com

SendMyRentOnline was built to equally benefit landlords, property managers, and tenants with the convenience of paying rental proceeds online and avoiding rent court.
After a tenant becomes a member of SendMyRentOnline.com the tenant agrees to our conditions and verifies a match with a landlord that already exists in our system. The Landlord will receive a message stating that the tenant is requesting to pay their rent online. The Landlord will then approve the ability for the tenant to pay online. The tenant will in tern be notified that they have been approved and are ready to make payments.
If a match of tenant and landlord cannot be made, the tenant can contact SendMyRentOnline.com and we can attempt to manualy make a connection for them.
